The agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and TygerLabs AI, Inc. d/b/a TygerLabs.ai, a Florida corporation headquartered in Tampa. Subscribing to the plugin or starting a custom project means you agree to these terms.
Subscription terms
The AI Blog & Content Writer plugin is sold on a recurring monthly subscription. The standard rate is $999.00 USD per month per active site. Partner discounts are available by invitation only and require a valid promo code at checkout.
Your card or payment account is charged on the day you subscribe and on the same calendar day each subsequent month. If that day does not exist in a given month (the 31st in February, for example), the charge runs on the last day of that month.
Prices may change. We will give active subscribers at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the next renewal and the old price applies through the end of your current billing cycle.
Anthropic API billing
The plugin runs against your own Anthropic API key. Token consumption is billed by Anthropic directly to the payment method you have on file with Anthropic, separate from your TygerLabs.ai subscription. We surface token usage and cost estimates inside the plugin so you can monitor spend, but we never charge you for tokens.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account dashboard at tygerlabs.ai/login.php. The plugin keeps generating posts through the end of your current paid month. After that date the plugin enters read-only mode: existing posts stay published, but no new generation runs.
Your account, settings, and post history remain available read-only for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything resumes where you left off. After 90 days the dashboard data is deleted; we keep only the billing records required by law.
Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If the plugin has a critical bug that prevents it from generating any posts during a billing period and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of report, we will refund that month's charge in full at your request.
Plugin license
While your subscription is active, TygerLabs AI, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the AI Blog & Content Writer plugin on the WordPress site or sites covered by your subscription. The license is per active site; running the plugin on additional sites requires additional subscriptions.
You own all content the plugin generates on your site. We do not retain rights to your generated posts, your keyword research, or any business activity descriptions you enter into the plugin.
Reverse engineering, redistributing, or sublicensing the plugin code is not permitted while your subscription is active or after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the plugin or our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes the intellectual property of others
- Generate spam, link farms, or doorway pages designed to manipulate search engines
- Generate sexually explicit content or content harmful to minors
- Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Resell, repackage, or rebrand the plugin output as your own service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in any of the above without refund.
Availability and support
The plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress server, so its uptime is governed by your hosting provider. The customer portal at tygerlabs.ai/login.php targets 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
Support is delivered by email. Subscribers receive priority support with a one-business-day response target. A real engineer reads and replies; we do not run support through bots.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TygerLabs AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the plugin or portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "last updated" date below always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
