Overview

Alliance Relocation is a third-party specialty service company that moving and relocation companies rely on for custom crating, furniture take-down and rebuild, and appliance hookups and unpacking. We made one connected system spanning a marketing website, a vendor portal and a technician app.

The challenge

Alliance Relocation needed a way for moving companies to send it specialty work and track order status without relying on phone calls and email. Its insured, background-checked technicians across the US and Canada also needed a mobile way to manage schedules and confirm completed jobs.

Our approach

Our team made a marketing website with service pages, including crating, and quote forms so moving companies can request work. Our team also made a vendor portal for placing and tracking orders, an order detail view, and a technician app with scheduling and e-signatures for completed jobs.
