Overview
WellnessPlus is a membership website we made for Dr. Jessica Peatross, known as Dr. Jess MD, a physician who helps patients manage chronic illness. The site organizes video lessons into phases of the CARE Plan, starting with the Calm phase covering the nervous system, hidden drivers, minerals, histamine and hormones.
The challenge
Dr. Jess needed a way to deliver structured, phase-based health education to chronic-illness patients while giving them direct access to her expertise. Patients needed a single place to follow the CARE Plan, ask questions and order supplements without juggling multiple platforms.
Our approach
Our team made a membership website organized around the CARE Plan's video lesson phases, starting with the Calm phase covering the nervous system, hidden drivers, minerals, histamine and hormones. Our team also made a sales page, a Dr. Jess AI chat feature, live webinars, a searchable library, lab ordering, practitioner Q&A and supplement pricing, all within one membership experience.
